These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and xoplay.ph ("xoplay.ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at xoplayph.net. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the xoplay.ph website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing your xoplay.ph account, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Access to and use of the xoplay.ph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. xoplay.ph does not permit access to real-money gaming by any person under the age of 21, regardless of parental or guardian consent.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of xoplay.ph is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use xoplay.ph.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on xoplay.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account suspension.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by xoplay.ph or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of xoplay.ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.

To access real-money gaming features on xoplay.ph, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xoplay.ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. xoplay.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify xoplay.ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. xoplay.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• xoplay.ph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features.
• Accepted KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
• xoplay.ph reserves the right to suspend accounts pending completion of KYC verification without prior notice.

All financial transactions on xoplay.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). xoplay.ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your xoplay.ph account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. xoplay.ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to xoplay.ph's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Refer to Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Transaction Fees: xoplay.ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which xoplay.ph bears no responsibility.

xoplay.ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. xoplay.ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely.
• xoplay.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the xoplay.ph Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, esports wagering, and arcade games such as God Fish Slicing — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• xoplay.ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time. Results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer or system.
• Sports and esports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant event. xoplay.ph reserves the right to void bets where results are disputed, events are cancelled, or where technical errors have occurred.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, xoplay.ph's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome.
• xoplay.ph reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, including wagers placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xoplay.ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on xoplay.ph.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino or poker variants, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward xoplay.ph staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the xoplay.ph Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

xoplay.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviors. xoplay.ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current gaming session and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting xoplay.ph support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be created.
• Account Closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting xoplay.ph customer support.

xoplay.ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. We encourage any player who feels their gaming may be causing harm to themselves or others to make use of our responsible gaming tools or to seek assistance from qualified support organizations.

All content on the xoplay.ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of xoplay.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from xoplay.ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any xoplay.ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of xoplay.ph intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by xoplay.ph and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xoplay.ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the xoplay.ph Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, xoplay.ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond xoplay.ph's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Any gaming losses incurred through normal gameplay on the Platform.
• Any third-party actions, including payment processing delays or failures attributable to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other payment provider.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xoplay.ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

xoplay.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the xoplay.ph Privacy Policy.

xoplay.ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and xoplay.ph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

xoplay.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if xoplay.ph reasonably believes that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Attempted to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
• Become subject to a self-exclusion order or regulatory restriction.

Upon termination for cause, xoplay.ph may forfeit any bonus balances and void any pending wagers. Real-money balances may be returned to you at xoplay.ph's discretion, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to xoplay.ph.

You may close your account at any time by contacting xoplay.ph customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the xoplay.ph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions, xoplay.ph's internal records — including server logs, transaction records, and game history — shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts recorded therein.

xoplay.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xoplay.ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the xoplay.ph Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
